RES auctions canceled
On September 29 this year the following ordinances of the Council of Ministers were published: a regulation amending the regulation on the maximum quantity and value of electricity from renewable energy sources that may be auctioned in 2017 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1819) and an amending regulation on the order of conducting auctions for the sale of electricity from renewable energy sources in 2017 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1820).
In accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned legal acts, in 2017 there will be no further auctions for the sale of electricity from renewable energy sources. Source
