ABOUT THE PROJECT

INQUIRIES ABOUT OFFERS

The Biopolinex Company has received positive verification of the project, co-financed by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, whose premise is the implementation of a completely new, innovative product - the segment installation of the Small Biogas Power Plant, the so-called MEB with electric power from 10 kWe to 100 kWe. MEB innovation is, among others, on anaerobic processing of biomass for biogas in separated processes of biomass hydrolysis and methane fermentation by methane, mesophilic, thermophilic and psychrophilic bacteria found in recycled leachate. The first stage of the project will be the construction of a production plant, i.e. an assembly hall, along with a complete technological line for the production of MEB, based on the technology covered by the Polish patent no. PL 197595 B1. The result of the project will be a response to the market demand for the use of the substrate, arising in small agricultural and industrial production, organic waste and the full use of biomass for the production of methane, electricity and heat, and compost. The ready production plant will allow the production of small installations in a completely new technology not available on the Polish market. The extension of the offer by the abovementioned installation, apart from the obvious increase in the company's competitiveness, will contribute to the increase in the amount of renewable energy produced. Currently, the market does not provide services in the field of construction of microbiogas plants, which would be very popular, especially among small entrepreneurs with small biomass resources. The excellent knowledge of the market by Biopolinex has made it possible to know the preferences of customers who would like to be able to utilize substrates while producing electricity, heat and digestate as an excellent fertilizer. The evident market niche in which Biopolinex begins operations will allow to gain new markets both in Poland and abroad.

Small biogas plants can pay off, especially if they use the heat and electricity generated for their own needs and use biomass obtained from the production or processing plant close by. The agri-food sector is characterized by high energy demand and a large amount of organic waste. The efficiency of energy and waste management is crucial especially for small and medium enterprises and farms. Utilization of organic waste in a biogas plant has the potential to reduce waste management costs, and biogas produced from electricity and heat can cover the needs of an enterprise or farm and thus make it energy self-sufficient.

Potential buyers of Small Biogas Plants expect primarily:

- managing own organic waste

- becoming independent of external supplies and fluctuations in biomass market prices, which reduces investment risk,

- saving time and costs of transport and waste management,

- an additional benefit for farms: obtaining valuable organic fertilizer,

- electricity and heat supply,

- covering the company's demand for electricity and heat - electrical self-sufficiency,

- improving the company's energy efficiency,

- reduction of expenditure on electricity and heat,

- the possibility of obtaining additional income from the sale of surplus electricity and heat,

- reducing environmental burden,

- lower installation costs,

- minimizing the creation time of a small biomethane CHP plant.

The construction of Small Biomethane Cogeneration Plants is a response to the above needs. Thanks to this solution, small and medium-sized enterprises as well as small and medium-sized farms will finally have the chance to use the organic waste they generate.
